Early Life and Political Career

Maurizio Fugatti was born on 7 April 1972 in Bussolengo, Italy. He entered politics in 2006, when he was elected to the Chamber of Deputies as a member of the League party. He held this position until 2013 and was re-elected again in 2018.

Presidency of Trento

On 3 November 2018, Fugatti was elected President of the Autonomous Province of Trento. He was re-elected to this position in October 2022.

National Recognition

Fugatti gained national recognition in recent months, particularly in April, when he was confirmed as President of Trento. He is currently in his second term.
